About Deepali Mundra

Born on 31st August 1972

Art, I believe is a spiritual tribute to life and my work encompasses this approach. Colours are a way in which we celebrate life. What intrigues and inspires me the most is the spiritual and religious nature of environment. My compositions often reflect these concepts. I would say my paintings are happiness spilled on a canvas with a tinge of divinity.

Artist Deepali Mundra is a native of Rajasthan. She earned her MA in Fine Arts from Ajmer University. She mainly indulges in contemporary and figurative style of art. She has been a part of numerous group and solo shows. Her paintings have been published over Audi Art Books. She is greatly inspired by the miniatures of Rajasthan and she believes her art is an expression of spirituality and is a celebration of life through colours.
