+About The Artwork
Thoughts have no physical appearance, no colour, thoughts are transparent. Like air, you can feel it and you can express it. Thoughts can be of different types i.e. good and bad depending upon the good and bad thoughts, emotions , it will always can be beautiful and ugly. But in pictures, whatever is the emotion, it will always have aesthetic sence. In process of trying to portray this aesthetic sence, I find myself in the picture. My conscience lies inside the hollow space of any shell but like shell has its noise, I too have many voice. Just as shells voice is abstract but joyful too, my pictures are an abstract but I have framed myself and my joy too in that pictures . Layer by layer, at the surface of colours, there is me and my form is transparent, when you will see pictures, you will find me and my abstract thoughts at the surface of colours There is no particular time for thoughts. Whether its day, night, sunlight, rain, we do not have control over it, thoughts can arise at any moment. You can see those moments in colours of my pictures, ruddy too, calm too. Shapes have entanglements of day and calmness of night Approach of my picture is completely contemporary. Neither times stops nor I, my artwork goes on along with the time. I am continuously moving along with new thoughts, new time and new dreams.
Artist

Ekta Sharma
Contemporary Artist
Ekta Sharma is a young visionary contemporary abstract artist whose creations pulse with vibrant energy and dynamic motion. Her artistic journey began with a deep appreciation for Indian folk art, where she explored narratives of religious motifs and mythical themes. However, her restless spirit soon propelled her towards the boundless realm of abstract expressionism, where she discovered true artistic liberation.
Ekta's works embody the symbolism of black as a color that absorbs within itself, giving birth to an entire universe. Against soft pastel backgrounds, she masterfully juxtaposes forms, each stroke a testament to her creative intuition. In her contemplative note, Ekta delves into the profound notion of "Truth" that has traversed the universe for centuries. It takes on myriad forms and colors, transcending physical manifestation, yet it can be grasped through our genuine artistic yearning. She speaks of the energy that pulsates within every particle, the powerful force that emerges when countless particles unite to create something extraordinary. To her, the shapes formed by these particles encapsulate the very essence of universal energy—the essence of "Truth."
