I strongly believe that idyllic tranquility, temporality and timelessness are the major aspects of any art work. Indian classical paintings have always inspired me. It is because of the inspiration, the divinity of the Ajanta figuration and Gupta sculptures that my art reverberates with life. Like I mentioned, idyllic tranquility is an important factor for the aesthetic appeal of any art form. In order to achieve the same effect in my work of art, I use many layers of colors on white canvas to create shades of cream, yellow and grey.
