About Manjunath Wali

Born on 22nd September 1985

I use my creative license to look back at the past with warmth. It is like having a happy conversation about one's own memories of a past rather than a mournful recount of the lost past and an unpleasant reality.

Embark on a journey through Manjunath Wali's captivating series, "Once Upon a Time." With vibrant strokes, Wali brings to life the rustic landscapes of Badami and Hampi, evoking memories of solitary strolls and unhurried conversations.

Born in Huvin Hipparagi, Vijayapura, Karnataka, Wali's artistic journey thrived during his MFA studies at Vijaya Fine Art College. Since then, his works have graced prestigious exhibitions, including the International Water Colour Society Biennale Exhibition in New Delhi. Recognized with awards such as the Camlin Award and the Karnataka Lalit Kala Academy Award, Wali's talent shines brightly. Beyond exhibitions, he actively participates in group shows and art camps, enriching his creative spirit.

Currently residing in Bangalore, Wali imparts his artistic wisdom as an esteemed art teacher, inspiring the next generation. Immerse yourself in Wali's world, where colors and memories intertwine, inviting introspection and wonder.
