Sreya draws you into the nooks of her home, the surroundings of which she was emotionally attached to since childhood. Devoid of any human presence, her works seek a sense of belonging. She painstakingly observes the elements that surround her staying in the confines of her limitations, sometimes enjoying the comfort and at other times opening up her imagination to what might lie beyond. She recognises the improved chances women have to thrive but also the irony of surrendering themselves to words of irrelevant social norms.
