Description

These paintings are my childhood memory images, that reflect my homeland surroundings with full greeneries recapitualated on paper. There are ancient houses of malwa with grotesqe gallleries, doors and windows. the crows symbolize survival and life. My palette is on the somber side dark and dull reds, greens and blacks are profusely spread all over the space. As a result these combinations strongly enhance the feeling of entiquity and alienation. Uses of oils on the paper because on paper blending of different shades create visual vibrancy.
