Description
This is a 'plein air' painting done in Lal Bagh Bangalore. The lovers seated at the distance, and the setting sun were the inspiration to this painting. Capturing the essence of the scene was my goal. The atmosphere here was so tranquil and peaceful with the sun peeping through the trees here and there and a gentle breeze in the air. Perhaps this inspired the lovers seated on the bench, as they had become so lost in time.
