speaks to me. I can hear the rustle of the leaves of the bamboo,I can sense the aging of the leaves and the sprouting of the new life. This is a mixed media work on paper.I think the use of color is beautiful, I enjoy the use of space that gives the impression that this plant is actually a great tallbush and only a significant part of it could render appreciation in enough detail to share with others. I get the impressionthat it is alive, and exists in a paradise setting. There is a cool breeze rustling the leaves and a sense of relaxation that comeswith the image. The composition doesn't demand my focus to detemine placement, it rather fits along with my personalspace as if I had it in my own home to admire and enjoy.
