Personal Statement

I like the idea of an art work that can generate a physical experience a personal time and space. The art work should be capable of going back and forth and controlling time and space. I would like to develop a feeling through my work which can simultaneously suggest there is something and there is someone and also that there is nothing and there is no one. I try to create nobody to be real sure of what it is. It deal with the idea of the seen and the unseen the real and the imagined, using form as an icon and formalize relationship between living and non living, natural and manmade objects in association with its objective manner such as realistic for example: In such works there are two image readings. At first glance of image reading we perceive it as a real form, at the second moment it breaks with our perception. Perception of the object is absent in the second image reading according to the presence of earlier image reading.
In my sculptural works I give space to painting as a canvas and in my paintings I give space to sculpture as a pedestal.
My Interest has always been exploring the relationship between Literal and visual language through my art expression and how to stretch the limits of the medium I use in my sculptures to present new ways of seeing the real world to the viewer.
